Project Institutional · Completed
An institute of management built whole — eighteen blocks on a single campus in Bihar.

01 Overview
A national institute is not one building but a small city — academic blocks, residences, hostels and amenities that have to add up to a place.
The permanent campus brings the full life of an IIM onto one site in Bodhgaya — eighteen building blocks of academic, residential and support facilities across nearly 1.16 lakh square metres, delivered as complete comprehensive consultancy including structural, MEPF and all allied services.

Eighteen blocks of teaching, research, residence and amenity — built to a public budget and timeline, yet expected to read as one coherent campus.
A master plan orders academic and residential precincts around shared landscape and circulation, holding a large programme to a single architectural language.
A fully serviced institute of management — one of the largest single campuses in the studio’s portfolio.
