Project Training Institute · Security
A training academy on the Gujarat shore for the agencies that guard India’s coastline.

01 Overview
A campus built where the land ends — a vast coastal site at Okha, planned as a self-contained training academy.
The academy trains a multi-agency cadre for coastal security. Delivered in phases, it brings academic, training, accommodation and operational facilities onto a single planned campus engineered for an exposed maritime environment — Phase 1 across thirteen building blocks, with Phase 2 ongoing.
A vast, exposed coastal site demanding a complete training settlement — academic, residential and operational — durable in salt air and deliverable in phases.
The master plan fixes circulation, zoning and a parade-ground core up front, so Phase 1 functions fully while Phase 2 extends it without disruption.
A dedicated academy giving India’s coastal-security agencies a permanent home and a single, legible campus identity.
